If interested in classes at JAM Dance Academy, please fill out the Registration and Emergency Medical forms below and send them c/o: JAM Dance Academy, 35100 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039, fax the information to 440.327.4146 or call the studio for a tour and register in person at 440.327.0255.
SPRING 2021 SEMESTER BEGINS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 1st, 2021. Mail in your forms with payment or stop by the studio during our scheduled times! We would love to meet you!
DUE TO COVID, WE ARE SPREADING OUT THE REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES. TO LESSON THE AMOUNT OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE STUDIO, WE ARE HAVING SCHEDUALED REGISTRATION DAYS AND HOURS. SHOULD YOU HAVE QUESTION REGARDING CLASSES, PLEASE MESSAGE US ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE OR EMAIL AT INFO@JAMDANCEACADEMY.NET.
Forms can be dropped off with payment in the mailbox by the front door of the studio, mailed to 35100 Center Ridge Road, 44039, emailed to info@jamdanceacademy.net.

ARE VIRTUAL CLASSES FOR YOU???
JAM Dance Academy is more than happy to offer virtual classes in our Spring 2021 season. Please check the box that says virtual only and send in your payment with all pertinent registration forms. You may, at any time, attend on-site classes should space allow. No discounts for virtual classes.
